Pear & Fennel Salad

This amazing salad is perfect over summer when pears are in season. Adding fruit to a salad can also help making the idea of a salad more appealing to fussy eaters too! This is great for alight lunch with some crusty bread, or as a side dish with some tomato pasta.

Additional Information

If you prefer, you can substitute the goats cheese for shavings of parmesan.

Note: Raw vegetables can be a choking hazard for weaning babies, so I would not advise this for weaning infants (though you could offer them steamed fennel and pear if you wanted baby to be included in the meal).
