Beef Bulgogi

Try out this amazingly simple Korean stir-fried beef dish- the sweet, sticky marinade tastes out of this world and it is quick to make too! Bulgogi means 'fire-meat' in Korean- this dish could also be cooked over a BBQ and the steaks left whole, but I have opted for a quick stir-fry option. This is much better than a takeaway on a Saturday night, trust me!

Additional Information

This dish is a little on the salty side, as well as having added sugar, so for weaning infants I would advise to save a little beef without the marinade and cook this separately so they can still participate in the meal.
