Korean Tuna Pancakes (Chamchijeon)
These yummy Tuna Pancakes taste insane, are suitable from 6m+, are cheap to make, easy to throw together and great for a lunch or snack whatever your age. They can be eaten warm or cold, so very versatile and perfect for picnics or packed lunches.

- 145g Tin of Tuna (drained)
- 2tbsp Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 50g Cheddar, grated
- 2 Spring Onions, finely diced
- 1 Small Carrot (~40g), grated
- 1 Garlic Clove, grated
- Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Add all of your ingredients (except the oil) to a large bowl. Mix together to get a batter.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and then place a large spoonful of the batter into the pan. Lightly fry on both sides on a medium low heat until cooked through and golden brown.

Additional Information
Try and buy tuna that is in fresh water, rather than brine- this will help reduce the salt content which is ideal for small kids (especially below 12months old)
