White Christmas
Take a trip down-under for this festive no-bake tray bake. This is very easy for the kids to throw together themselves and great to put out at Christmas parties or to gift to friends and family. Originally from Australia, it is a nice alternative to rocky roads, and can be a great way to explore recipes from all over the world with your kids.

Try mixing up the nuts in this- I have put almonds here, but pistachios also work really well.
