Raspberry Ice Lollies

A healthier alternative to many ice-creams and lollies out there- these homemade lollies are perfect for kids of all ages (including weaning). Try mixing up the flavours if you want- strawberries also work really well here too!

Makes: 6-8 (lolly mould size depending)

Prep: 5 mins (or 10 mins if you sieve the seeds)

Freezing Time: 6 hours minimum

Ready In: 6 hours minimum

  • 225g Natural Yoghurt
  • 225g Raspberries
  • Optional: 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Optional Step: If you don't want the raspberry seeds, before pouring the mix into the lolly moulds, pour it through a sieve first to remove the seeds.

  • 225g Natural Yoghurt
  • 225g Raspberries
  • Optional: 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Additional Information

You may wish to sweeten these with maple syrup if you find the mix too tart, but remember this may not be necessary, so give it a try before adding in any extra sugars. Whilst these are lower in sugar than many shop-bought varieties, do remember that fruit juice and pureed fruits still contain sugar, and therefore these should still be eaten in moderation.
