Mummy Sausage Rolls
Here's a fun Halloween snack and activity for your Little Monsters! The prep is very easy for kids to do themselves and they will have lots of fun creating the mummy shapes.

Ready In: 40 Mins
- Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (~half a pack/~150g)
- 6 Sausages
- 1 Egg
- Edible Eyes
- Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/ Gas 6.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut between 12 & 18 thin strips.
- Wind 2-3 strips of puff pastry around each sausage, leaving a small gap for the eye space.
- Place the sausage on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the sausage rolls with the beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before placing the eyes on top and serving.

Additional Information
