Mixed Spice Sweet Potato Fries

Spice up your sweet potato fries! These are suitable for the whole family (6months+)- perfect for baby led weaning as well as a healthy side dish for everyone to enjoy- we like these best with our cajun chicken nuggets!

Cooking Time: 30 Mins

Ready In: 40 Mins

  • 300g Sweet Potatoes
  • Sprinkle of Mixed Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/ Gas 6.
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chip/wedge shapes.
  3. Place in a pyrex dish and sprinkle over some mixed spice. Drizzle over a little olive oil and give everything a good mix.
  4. Bake for roughly 30 minutes, or until the sweet potato is cooked.

Additional Information

This recipe can be really easily scaled up or down depending on how many you are catering for. If you are making this for baby-led weaning my tip would be to remove any sharp, crispy ends (if there are any) once cooked.
