Baked Apple Slices

Have you ever wondered how to introduce apple when weaning? This is a great example of how it can be done. Raw apple would be a potential choking hazard for teenie tinies, so it is recommended to cook until soft or you could also serve it grated. Not only are baked apple slices great in baby led weaning, but also as a snack and to add to yoghurt and porridge for the whole family should you also wish to join in with the yumminess.

If you make these and want to freeze some, lay them flat in a single layer on some parchment paper. Freeze then group together into portions to avoid them sticking together.
