Honey Lime Chicken Kebabs
These are amazing on a BBQ or griddled in the house and they require very little prep work. Please note this recipe is not suitable for teeny tinies under 12 months old (because of the honey). It is however, very appealing to kids, in my experience, as they greatly enjoy the novelty of eating 'chicken on a stick'. Kids can also get involved making the kebabs by making the marinade and threading the chicken (just have some soapy water to hand).
