Chocolate Baked Oats
This one is for the chocolate lovers- basically a low sugar chocolate banana cake for breakfast- what's not to love?! You could make these in advance and reheat in the microwave or oven if you are super organised.

Ready In: 45 Mins
- 80g Oats
- 2 Overripe Bananas
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 1-2tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 Large Eggs
- Spray oil
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor (except the spray oil) and blitz until smooth
- Spray 2 large individual ramekins with a little vegetable oil
- Pour the mix into the 2 ramekins
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/160C Fan for 35-40 Minutes
- Leave to cool slightly before serving

Additional Information
If you are serving to children under 12 months, make sure to use maple syrup and not honey.
