Chocolate Baked Oats

This one is for the chocolate lovers- basically a low sugar chocolate banana cake for breakfast- what's not to love?! You could make these in advance and reheat in the microwave or oven if you are super organised.

Cooking Time: 40 Mins

Ready In: 45 Mins

  • 80g Oats
  • 2 Overripe Bananas
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 1-2tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Spray oil
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor (except the spray oil) and blitz until smooth
  2. Spray 2 large individual ramekins with a little vegetable oil
  3. Pour the mix into the 2 ramekins
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/160C Fan for 35-40 Minutes
  5. Leave to cool slightly before serving

Additional Information

If you are serving to children under 12 months, make sure to use maple syrup and not honey.
