Zombie Brain Chocolates

Try out these delicious zombie brain chocolates at Halloween! Simple to make with kids, these chocolates are filled with a blackberry adding a squelchy 'brain' filling. You will need a silicone skull mold to make this recipe- this recipe is enough to make 4 skulls, but this may need tweaking depending on your mold size.

Setting Time: Min 2 Hours

Ready In: 2 Hrs 10 Mins

  • 4 Blackberries
  • 150g White Chocolate, melted
  • Silicone Skull Mold
  1. Pour the melted chocolate into the silicone molds, filling them about 70% up
  2. Add in one blackberry per skull
  3. Pour over more chocolate to cover the back of the skull
  4. Set in the fridge. When needed, turn out of the mold and trim off any excess chocolate.

Additional Information

You could also try this with raspberries if you find blackberries hard to get hold of.
