Spring Falafel
Step into spring with these spring-time falafels. Perfect with a salad, or as a filling for a wrap for your lunch! These are suitable from 6months+ making them great for the whole family to enjoy.

Ready In: 30 mins
- 400g Tin of Chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 50g Broccoli, cooked
- 50g Peas, cooked,
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you have a bit of texture, but it is not completely smooth. You will need to scrape down the sides several times to do this. You may need to 1/2 tsp water if it looks too dry.
- Roll the mixture into small golf ball sized balls and flatten slightly. Place onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6 for 20 mins turning halfway through.
