Fish Tacos

Try out these healthy fish tacos to switch up fajita night and ditch the shop-bought seasonings! Serve this with soft shell tacos, and a mix of veggies and dips- pictured here is some corn on the cob, diced avocado and mango and some paprika rice (add the rice for a fish burrito).

  • 2 Limes
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 White Fish Fillets (e.g. cod, haddock, pollock)
  • 1tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1tsp Ground Coriander
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/ Gas 6.
  2. Slice the limes and place on some foil. Remove the skin from the fish if necessary and place on top of the limes. Mix the paprika, coriander and cumin together and sprinkle the fish with the seasoning. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and seal the foil parcel.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and flake the fish into a bowl- add a spoonful of the juice to the bowl if you want. Serve with sides and dips of choice.

Additional Information

For weaning infants you may want to only add a small amount of seasoning to their portion of fish and gradually build up, or you could just dive straight in! Please be aware, hard shell tacos are a choking hazard to small children.
