Easter Flapjack

These flapjacks are great to make with kids at home. They are mildly spiced with cinnamon to give them a twist for Easter!

  • 250g Oats
  • 150g Butter, melted
  • 3tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 125g Light Brown Sugar
  • 55g Raisins
  • 55g Soft Dried Apricots, chopped
  • Zest of 1 Orange (or 1tsp orange extract)
  • 1tsp Ground Cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Grease and line a 20x20cm square tin.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Tip the ingredients into the tin and press flat with the back of a spoon.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes
