Easter Flapjack
These flapjacks are great to make with kids at home. They are mildly spiced with cinnamon to give them a twist for Easter!

- 250g Oats
- 150g Butter, melted
- 3tbsp Golden Syrup
- 125g Light Brown Sugar
- 55g Raisins
- 55g Soft Dried Apricots, chopped
- Zest of 1 Orange (or 1tsp orange extract)
- 1tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Grease and line a 20x20cm square tin.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Tip the ingredients into the tin and press flat with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 15 minutes
