Sumac Salmon & Dill Sauce

You can't beat a classic pairing, such as salmon and dill. This is a super healthy, quick meal for you to enjoy. Feel free to play around with what you serve it with- we serve this with steamed baby potatoes and roasted veg (broccoli, peppers and tomatoes), but it would also work well with crusty bread, herby cous cous and a salad.

Additional Information

Kefir yoghurt is an amazing probiotic, which can be good for your gut health, but if you can't get your hands on it, or would prefer to swop, try a Greek or natural yoghurt instead (or a dairy free alternative if needed).
